The Service is provided "as is", free of charge, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free; puzzles may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or outages. Because the Service is entirely free, we are not liable for any damages arising from its use or from the loss of progress stored in your browser.

Intellectual property

The Shikaku puzzle format was created by Nikoli. This site's implementation — its code, design, and puzzle-generation logic — is not affiliated with or endorsed by Nikoli.

• ▸Please do not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit the site's implementation without permission.

User conduct

Please use the Service fairly and in a way that does not harm the system. You must not:

• ▸Probe, scan, test for vulnerabilities, or overload our infrastructure (DoS/DDoS).
• ▸Scrape or automatically harvest content from the site without permission.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
